Total credits (ChargeCategory = Credit) per service provider and invoice. v1.0 has no InvoiceId, so credits are grouped by invoice issuer, billing account and billing period as an invoice proxy. In the sample all 282 credit rows are AWS promotional credits on one billing account and period.

Column adaptations (2)
  • ServiceProviderName → case when publisher_name is not null and publisher_name is distinct from invoice_issuer_name then publisher_name else provider_name end: v1.3 replaced ProviderName with ServiceProviderName (the seller in marketplace scenarios). v1.0 ProviderName supplies it for direct-provider charges; PublisherName supplies it for the observed AWS Marketplace sellers (Datadog, Red Hat) where it differs from InvoiceIssuerName. Same expression as the other v1.3 catalog entries.
  • InvoiceId → invoice_issuer_name, billing_account_id, billing_period_start: InvoiceId (v1.2+) is absent from v1.0. By definition an invoice covers one billing account's charges for one billing period from one invoice issuer, so that triple is used as an invoice proxy; it is not a real invoice number.
