Lists commitment discount purchases with their period, account, type, charge frequency and billed cost; the sample has two AWS Compute Savings Plans with recurring purchase fees. CommitmentDiscountUnit and CommitmentDiscountQuantity are not in v1.0, so the committed units and quantities can't be reconciled; charge_description labels each plan. Adapted the same way as its v1.0 twin, commitment-discount-purchases.

Column adaptations (2)
  • ServiceProviderName → publisher_name / provider_name: publisher for marketplace sellers, else provider (same rule as the other v1.3 entries)
  • CommitmentDiscountUnit, CommitmentDiscountQuantity → (dropped): v1.1+ columns not in the v1.0 sample
